Job summary

Marston Holdings is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public on safe parking and maintaining accessibility in local communities.

You will spend long periods outdoors in all weather, acting with integrity to support public safety and neighborhood mobility. Driving licence is preferred but not essential, with full training provided.

• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.
