Job summary

Marston Holdings, together with our NSL brand, is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public and ensuring fair, safe parking. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, reporting issues and supporting local authorities to keep communities accessible and safe.

The role demands resilience, independence and a high level of accountability, with driving as a requirement and a focus on fair enforcement and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential for this role as driving is a requirement.
• Physically resilient and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong judgement, accountability and integrity when engaging with the public.

Responsibilities

• Patrol streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Assist the public with clear, helpful guidance on where to park safely.
• Spend extended periods outdoors on your feet and stay active in all weather.
• Encourage fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Help keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Report issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Work in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Act with integrity and contribute to a safer, more welcoming community.

As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.
