Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, guide the public and uphold safe, fair parking. You’ll spend long periods on foot, outdoors in all weathers, and play a crucial role in keeping neighbourhoods accessible and compliant.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working alone for extended periods and value being part of a supportive team
• Physically resilient and happy outdoors in all weathers

• Strong people skills with a calm, professional, approachable manner
• Care about fairness, community safety and doing the right thing
• Confident and consistent when dealing with challenges
• Driving Licence preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
