Marston Holdings Limited is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets across London, enforcing parking regulations and penalties with integrity and fairness. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, recording activity on handheld devices and providing clear information to drivers while maintaining safety standards.

The role offers full training, a supportive team, flexible shifts, pension, and wellbeing benefits.

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers – also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants – you’ll help keep streets safe across London, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers

What You’ll Be Doing

• Patrol assigned areas across London
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with regulations
• Provide clear and professional communication to the public regarding restrictions and enforcement actions
• Provide a visible presence to deter non-compliance
• Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
• Maintain health and safety as well as operational standards

Working Hours

• 42.5 hours per week
• 5 days on, 2 days off
• Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
