Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, guide the public on safe parking, and ensure traffic moves smoothly while keeping neighbourhoods accessible. The role involves extended outdoor work in all weathers, with accountability and integrity at the core.

You will work with local authorities and councils to maintain public space safety and fairness, and you will receive full training and uniform as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely.
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.
