Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Civil 3D Technician for a short-term contract to support highways and cycleway schemes. The role involves producing Civil 3D models, drawings, and engineering information, with opportunities for extension based on workload.

The position supports Manchester or London bases and allows remote work, offering a flexible arrangement for an experienced technician ready to integrate into ongoing project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Autodesk Civil 3D capability.
• Previous experience working as a Civil 3D Technician or similar.
• Experience supporting highways projects.
• Exposure to cycleway or active travel schemes would be beneficial.
• Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and design information.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Confidence working independently within a remote or hybrid environment.
• Ability to quickly integrate into existing project workloads.
• Previous experience across highways, cycleways or wider transport infrastructure projects would be particularly beneficial.

£35-£40 per hour DOE I Manchester / London / Remote I 3-Month Contract I Outside IR35

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil 3D Technician to support a short-term increase in workload across highways and cycleway schemes, with the potential for the contract to extend as further project work comes through.

The business is ideally looking for someone based around Manchester or London, although remote working can also be considered, making this a flexible opportunity for an experienced technician who can quickly integrate into ongoing project delivery.
