Job summary

Norwich City Services Limited is seeking an EPA Driver to join our environmental and street-cleansing team in Norwich. You will respond to street cleansing requests, collect various types of fly-tipped waste and remove hazardous materials such as needles, dead animals and dog fouling, working 37 hours per week.

The role uses a tablet for logging job status, requires a full driving licence, and offers a supportive environment with paid leave and development opportunities; part-time or job-share

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience dealing with hazardous waste such as needles, dead animals and dog fouling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to street cleansing requests and collect fly tipping/waste.
• Remove hazardous waste such as needles, dead animals and dog fouling.
• Log and update job status on tablet; complete required paperwork.
• Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks, including pre-use checks on 3.5 tonne vehicles.
