Job summary

UniHomes, based in Sheffield City Centre, is seeking an experienced Workplace Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of our modern city-centre office. You will lead facilities, health & safety, supplier management and colleague experience within the People & Culture team.

The role requires hands-on, proactive leadership with strong organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a workplace operations, office management or facilities role in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to manage suppliers, contracts and budget with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office running and maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Coordinate front-of-house, visitors, room bookings and travel.
• Lead health & safety plans, keep records and arrange training.
• Oversee IT equipment onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Support colleague engagement activities and hospitality.
