Job summary

Alpha Labour and Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for façade remediation and high-rise projects, based in West Yorkshire with travel to sites across Northern England. You will deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget, working with Project Managers, site teams, and commercial colleagues; experience in high-rise cladding and Building Safety Regulations is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise façade replacement, cladding, remediation or refurbishment.
• Strong contractual awareness and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of Building Safety Regulations and HRB compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple façade replacement and remediation projects.
• Leading Project Managers and site teams; providing commercial support.
• Maintaining contractual and commercial control; monitoring programme and costs.
• Managing variations, notices, extensions of time and commercial issues.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensuring projects meet contractual, quality and programme requirements.
• Supporting health and safety standards with the H&S Manager.
• Identifying and managing commercial and operational risks.
