• Perform proactive testing, fixing, and repairing of Cisco & Meraki equipment, including routers, switches, and access points. Handle returns, replacements, testing, and repairs.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support.
• Use technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management.
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch.
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Engage in stock management, warranty, and RMA processes.
• Lead, manage, and optimize team performance.
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations.
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks.
