Cisco & Meraki - Tests, Fixes & Repairs – £45-50K – Office based - Guildford

You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team and work alongside the department manager, who will mentor you with his knowledge and expertise. You will backfill and document your new knowledge. Key Skills required:

• Managerial skills and experience
• Preferably RMA background e.g., testing, fixes, repairs, RMA experience

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes, and repairs, e.g., kit returns, testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, testing, restocking or external repairs
• Achieving excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support services
• Using technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
• Stock allocation and dispatch
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards under pressure
• Managing stock, warranty, and returns via RMA processes
• Leading, managing, and optimizing your team
• Documenting processes and procedures for reporting and insightful recommendations
• Maintaining high quality standards
