Showcase Cinemas Nantgarw is looking for a General Assistant to deliver an unrivalled guest experience with friendly, proactive customer service and clear opportunities to drive sales.

You don’t need previous cinema experience; a great attitude and teamwork are enough. You will greet guests, serve at ticket and refreshment counters, keep areas clean, answer questions about releases, and help create memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attitude towards customer service and desire to create a first-class experience.
• Confident communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to engage with customers to drive sales and deliver a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to cinema visitors, ensuring queues are managed effectively.
• Serve at ticket and refreshment counters; keep cinema and facilities clean & tidy.
• Answer questions about latest releases and help guests have a great experience.
• Greet and guide guests through the customer experience.
