Job summary

Vue Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic Customer Assistants to greet guests, handle queries, and help create the ultimate cinema experience. You will work at the retail counters, keep areas clean, and use till points and scanners as part of a friendly team.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and a passion for film are essential. You’ll join a dynamic environment that values guest satisfaction, teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience is welcome but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work at pace in a busy cinema environment.
• Willingness to learn and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt service at the cinema.
• Answer queries and explain pricing, showtimes and offers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe cinema environment.
• Use till points and ticket scanners confidently.
• Contribute to an engaging, helpful guest experience.
