Job summary

Odeon Cinemas Ltd is looking for a friendly team member to welcome guests and help them enjoy their cinema experience. You will assist guests, serve food and drinks, and keep areas clean and safe. Full training will be provided, including Costa Coffee barista training to build confidence in your role.

This role suits those who enjoy people, teamwork, and a busy cinema environment. We encourage applicants with any level of experience, as we’ll teach you everything you need to know and support

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Respect for people’s differences and a commitment to supporting an inclusive guest journey.
• Flexibility, including weekends, evening, and late-night finishes.
• Safe way to travel to and from work during late shifts.
• No previous experience? That’s completely fine - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
