Job summary

Arla Foods in Leeds is offering a structured three-year graduate programme to develop future finance talent. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple Finance areas while studying towards CIMA, partnering with business teams and working on real challenges that influence decision-making.

You will rotate across Finance functions, deliver performance insights, and build your professional network through engagements with senior leaders, mentoring, and graduate events.

Qualifications

• Degree level (minimum 21) in any discipline is required.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a commercial mindset are essential.
• Ability to analyse information, solve problems and turn insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis, performance insights and recommendations that support key business decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive commercial performance.
• Build expertise across business partnering, data & digital finance, FP&A and business development through rotations.
• Lead and contribute to improvement projects that enhance processes and ways of working in Finance.
• Develop your professional network through events, mentoring and collaboration with senior leaders.
