Schroders is launching its Finance Graduate programme in the UK, designed to develop future leaders through two years of core experience and an additional third year of rotations. You will work on FP&A, regulatory reporting, and control activities while pursuing professional qualifications to advance your career in Finance.

You’ll join a proactive, curious cohort, learn from senior leaders, and benefit from structured training, mentoring, and networking opportunities across a global asset

Qualifications

• You should be due to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated.
• Honours degree or equivalent in any subject.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning & analysis activities.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and finance operations.
• Partner with teams to provide insights for decision making.
• Develop professional qualifications (ACCA or CIMA) with study support.
