Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is launching a Finance Graduate Programme in the UK. The 3-year rotation spans Controllership, Commercial Finance, FP&A and Specialist Finance teams, with dedicated study time toward the CIMA qualification through Kaplan Financial.

The role is full-time, hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in Asda House, Leeds, and will accelerate your finance career in one of the UK’s largest retailers. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, rotate across teams, and receive mentoring,

Qualifications

• Open to graduates from any degree discipline.
• Willing to study towards the CIMA qualification while working.
• Rotations through Controllership, Commercial Finance, FP&A and Specialist Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Provide analysis and insight to support key business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve performance.
• Support month-end reporting and financial controls.
