Job summary

Premier in London seeks an Operations Manager to bring clarity and momentum to the ministry and mission, working closely with the Vicar as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You will shape and oversee operational functions, ensuring people, resources and buildings are aligned to bring our vision to life day by day. You will lead administrative staff and help drive a redevelopment project, enabling Encounter Jesus, Build Community and Seek Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of church operations and governance.
• Develop robust systems for people, resources and buildings.
• Lead the administrative team and ensure projects progress to completion.
• Support an upcoming building redevelopment initiative to realise the church's vision.
