Job summary

New Wine in London is seeking an energetic operations lead to translate the church’s vision into practical action. You will anticipate needs, map out steps, and drive key initiatives through to completion, coordinating with staff and volunteers.

You’ll oversee a range of church operations so every ministry can flourish and grow. Expect to tackle problems head-on, own outcomes, and come back with clear, workable solutions that keep the calendar and budget on track.
