Job summary

Rituals is seeking a friendly retail assistant for the festive season in our Inverness boutique. You will welcome customers, share product stories, and help them discover Rituals products that suit their needs.

You'll work with the team to hit sales targets, manage the register, receive deliveries, and keep the store looking premium. Availability during evenings and weekends is required to support peak shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Interest in wellbeing and beauty brands.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with Rituals hospitality and help them find products.
• Suggest personalized product stories and upsell to members.
• Operate the till, accept deliveries, and keep the boutique tidy and stocked.
