Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service during busy periods and helping customers find and enjoy our latest food products.

You'll be digitally confident, using the Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers, while working as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves late-evening shifts and weekend work, with potential for full-time hours during peak weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older due to late hours and safety policy.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver great service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace on the shop floor.
• Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
