Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service under pressure and helping customers find and buy new food products.

You’ll work evening shifts (Sun/Wed/Fri 18:00–22:00) with potential for full-time hours in December. Flexibility to work across store areas and stay digitally confident with Sparks tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Provides five-star service at pace in a busy retail environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Food products and can upsell.
• Adapts to shifting shifts and different store areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor.
• Assist customers with product queries and recommendations.
• Utilise Sparks and store devices to help customers find products.
