Job summary

DCK Group in Brighton is recruiting a Christmas Retail Associate for the peak season. This temporary role (until 26/12/2026) requires 25 hours per week with a start around 9:00am, and you may be asked to travel to other stores within your zone.

You will assist customers, merchandise stock, manage deliveries, and support store hosts with promotions. A friendly, proactive attitude and basic tech skills are valued, with additional benefits listed in the package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Putting out deliveries of new stock
• Maintaining housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• Working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
