Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Comfort with using digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service to customers.
• Assist with stocking and product knowledge when needed.
• Utilise Sparks App and store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the M&S brand as a positive, proactive team member.
• Be flexible to work across different areas of the store.
