Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is hosting a Christmas casual recruitment for Guest Service Assistants. The fixed-term role runs through the festive season, ending 31 December, with open evenings to discuss duties and meet the team.

Qualifications

• Setting up for festive events with high attention to detail.
• Supporting other guest service areas such as breakfast and front office as required.
• Helping the hotel meet brand and company metrics and objectives.
• Building relationships with guests and tailoring service to their needs.
• Ensuring repeat guests, priority members and VIPs feel recognised.
• Following SOPs to maintain consistent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in all service areas during shifts.
• Assist with event setup, service and breakdown as required.
• Support breakfast, front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

Job description

We are hosting a Recruitment Open Evening! Come along on the 3rd November from 4-6pm to speak with our team about our festive roles! This is a fixed term role, ending on 31st December. Our Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe, outstanding experience. Guest Service Assistant (Christmas Casual) duties include:

• serving guests across the bar, restaurant and banqueting areas throughout the festive season
• setting up for festive events, with a high level of attention to detail
• supporting other areas of guest service, such as breakfast and front office, as required
• supporting your hotel in achieving all brand and company metrics and objectives
• building and developing relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
• ensuring all repeat guests, priority members and VIP's receive recognition and appreciation
• following SOPs to ensure consistent hospitality for all guests
