Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking cheerful Christmas Elves to join our team from November through Christmas Eve, mainly in our Grotto, helping enchant visitors and keep the space tidy before and after each shift. We offer a warm, festive environment and provide full training for all new starters.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to Future Fenwick experience days to gain insight into the role and our business.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for a role within our business - Essential
• A Performing Arts / Theatre background (working or studying) - Desirable
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• An affinity with the Fenwick brand

Responsibilities

• Work mainly in our Grotto, enchanting visitors and ensuring the area is spick and span at the start and end of each shift.
• Help deliver Fenwick Hospitality by making every moment special for visitors and ensuring a warm, festive experience.
• Attend Future Fenwick experience days if shortlisted to gain insight into the role and the business.

About the Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to join our team as one of our Christmas Elves? We are looking for people who love all things Christmas, working with children and will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period!

As a Fenwick Christmas Elf, you will work with us from November through to Christmas Eve and get the chance to surprise and delight our customers all over the store but you will spend most of your time working within our Grotto, enchanting our visitors and making sure everything is spick and span at the beginning and end of each shift and ensuring that you are making every moment special for our customers.

If shortlisted you will be invited to one of our Future Fenwick experience days to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business. A theatrical interest is beneficial, as are any additional special talents to bring a smile to small faces, such as dancing, juggling and general silliness.

Please note: Full training will be provided. We offer a variety of contract options; however, all applicants must be available to work weekdays as part of their availability.
