Job summary

Fenwick Kingston is seeking Sales Advisors to join our team. We have multiple contracts available: 10 hours per week in Womenswear, 37.5 hours per week in Womenswear or Beauty, and 30 hours per week in Toys, all requiring weekend availability.

As a Sales Advisor you will be a brand ambassador, delivering the best in-store experience, building rapport with customers, and reflecting Fenwick’s renowned hospitality and premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a premium retail or hospitality environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver high standard guest service and luxury brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to provide tailored recommendations.
• Represent Fenwick Kingston as a brand ambassador and maintain high hospitality standards.

We have contracts available in the following departments, please note that all roles require weekend availability;

2x Womenswear - 10 hours per week

Our Sales Advisors are flexible, dynamic and brand ambassadors for Fenwick, you will build rapport with each customer ensuring they have the best in-store experience.
