Job summary

Fenwick is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Assistants at Killingworth, NE for the 2026 peak period. You will join the Warehouse Team to handle stock, pricing, packaging, picking and put-away, and process orders using WMS.

This is a temporary full-time role running from July to December 2026. We offer 37.5 hours per week across early and late shifts (6:00 am–10:00 pm), with onboarding and training, staff discounts, wellbeing support, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Data entry experience; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
• Able to lift and handle items in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock; put-away and packing; pricing and packaging tasks.

As we gear up for our busy 2026 peak trading period in the run‑up to Christmas, we are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our Warehouse Team as Seasonal Warehouse Assistants.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly supporting activities such as receiving and handling stock, pricing, packaging, picking and put‑away, and processing orders using WMS.

Contract Type: Temporary Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (July – December 2026)

Shift Patterns

We operate early and late shift patterns on a rotational basis across Monday to Sunday over 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for logistics and the drive to be part of a dynamic team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Data input experience; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
• Comfortable with manual handling (lifting is kept to a minimum).
• Ability to work in a typical warehouse environment covering such tasks as product receiving, pre‑retailing, putaway, pick and pack.
