Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking dynamic Sales Advisors for the festive period in Canterbury. You will deliver Fenwick's renowned hospitality and help customers find the perfect purchase.

Roles are flexible, with full-time or part-time contracts available from September through November, ending late December or early January 2027. Applicants should be friendly, adaptable and ready to work busy retail shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• A strong desire to deliver enhancing customer service and work in a customer facing role.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience or a passion for retail is desirable but not essential.

About the Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to join our team as a Sales Advisor? We are looking for people who are dynamic and who will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period!

Our Sales Advisors are flexible, dynamic and brand ambassadors for Fenwick. You will build rapport with each customer, ensuring that they have the best in-store experience. You will live and breathe our values, working with passion and pride whilst being committed to maintaining our high standards and helping our customers make the right purchase.

Christmas is our busiest time of the year, so you will need to be fully flexible and available Monday through Sunday. We have permanent and temporary roles available with both full-time and part-time vacancies.

About the Candidate

You will be invited to one of our Future Fenwick Assessment days at a time that suits you to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business.

We have start dates ranging from September through to November, with most contracts ending late December / early January 2027.

All contracts will require you to be available evenings, weekends and over the festive period including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (depending on your rota).
