Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking seasonal Christmas Elves to work from November through Christmas Eve, delivering festive hospitality across our store. You will enchant visitors in the Grotto, ensuring spaces are tidy and welcoming at the start and end of each shift, and help create magical moments for customers during the festive period.

Ideal candidates are warm, adaptable, and enthusiastic about Christmas. A Performing Arts background is desirable, with strong communication and a genuine affinity

Responsibilities

• Enchant visitors in the Grotto and deliver festive hospitality
• Keep the grotto and surrounding area tidy at start and end of each shift
• Assist with general customer service during the festive period
• Participate in Future Fenwick experience day if shortlisted

About the Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to join our team as one of our Christmas Elves? We are looking for people who love all things Christmas, working with children and will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period!

As a Fenwick Christmas Elf, you will work with us from November through to Christmas Eve and get the chance to surprise and delight our customers all over the store but you will spend most of your time working within our Grotto, enchanting our visitors and making sure everything is spick and span at the beginning and end of each shift and ensuring that you are making every moment special for our customers.

If shortlisted you will be invited to one of our Future Fenwick experience days to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business. A theatrical interest is beneficial, as are any additional special talents to bring a smile to small faces, such as dancing, juggling and general silliness.

About the Candidate
