Job summary

Cook Trading Limited in Chichester is seeking a Driver to join our retail delivery team on a casual, fixed-term basis. You will deliver groceries to customers, uphold safety, and complete paperwork at end of shifts.

Qualifications

• Cat B Full Car/Van UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum of two years driving the class of vehicle.
• Aged 25 and over for Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service; the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the responsibilities in our driver handbook.
• Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery, communicating delays or issues to the office.
• Drive in a safe and responsible manner; comply with traffic regulations including speed limits.
• Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

The Role

  • Take care to look after your own safety and that of others. Drive in a safe and responsible manner, comply with all relevant traffic regulations, including adhering to speed limits

  • Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

Good to Have
