Marks and Spencer is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the daily running of our store operations. The role involves physically demanding, high-velocity work with weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday, 06:00–14:00) and potential full-time hours during busy periods in December.

You will manage stock and deliveries, ensure the shop floor remains stocked and presentable, and use digital tools to track deliveries and stock levels with speed and accuracy.
