Job summary

M&S in the UK is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You'll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and handling customer queries with confidence.

You'll use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find products, upsell where appropriate, and work across different store areas. Flexibility and teamwork are essential. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with an unsocial premium for late hours.
