Marks & Spencer in Belfast is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering fast, five-star service and confidently guiding customers through our product range.

You’ll work in a high-energy environment, using Sparks App and in-store devices to assist guests. The role is part-time with potential full-time hours during peak weeks in December.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle busy periods with calm and efficiency.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools on the shop floor.
