Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Fashion, Home & Beauty to deliver style advice and five-star service on the shop floor. You’ll be a confident brand ambassador, drive sales, and work with a fast-paced team to meet daily targets.

The role requires flexibility for weekend shifts and occasional full-time hours around Christmas. You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and stay on top of standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, especially in fashion, home or beauty.
• Able to work flexible weekend/evening shifts.
• Comfortable using digital tools and in-store devices.
