Progress Housing Group is seeking a Choice Based Lettings Coordinator in Leyland to support access to housing through a fair, efficient lettings process. You will manage applications, verify information and advise customers throughout their journey.

The role You'll play a vital role in helping people access housing by supporting the delivery of our choice-based lettings service and ensuring applications are assessed fairly, accurately and efficiently. Working with customers, local authority partners and internal teams, you'll manage housing applications, verify information, assess housing needs and provide advice and support throughout the application process. You'll be the organisational lead for choice-based lettings operations, helping to ensure our service remains accessible, responsive and customer-focused while supporting service improvements and best practice. You'll support reviews, appeals and mutual exchange activity, helping customers explore their housing options while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our Allocations Policy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, administration and problem-solving skills in a role that has a direct impact on people's housing journeys and future opportunities.
