Progress Housing Group is seeking a Labourer in Leyland to support reactive repairs, void reinstatement, and planned maintenance across internal and external client properties. You will carry out labouring work, assist colleagues to complete tasks safely and efficiently, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
The role requires a Full UK driving licence, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

The role As a Labourer, you will assist with reactive repairs, void re-instatement, planned maintenance and installation work across our internal and external client properties. You will carry out labouring work to a satisfactory standard, supporting colleagues to complete works safely, efficiently and with care for our customers and their homes. You will help ensure appointments are kept, debris is removed from site, materials are looked after properly and all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements, relevant legislation, building regulations, codes of practice and risk assessments. You will communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, treating people and their property with respect and explaining the nature and purpose of the work being carried out.
