Job summary

Läderach (Uk) Ltd. invites applications for a Bicester Village Pop Up Store PT Sales Associate. You will provide friendly, product-focused customer service and help customers select gifts, presenting our chocolate range with care and enthusiasm.

You will also handle sales transactions, replenish stock, and maintain hygiene standards while working closely with a supportive team. Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and passion for sales and direct customer contact.
• German and English skills; French knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-oriented advice and sell our product range, including gift selections.
• Actively engage with customers, identify needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure precise cash reconciliation.
• Present our confectionery and chocolate range in an appealing way.
• Carry out production-related tasks and replenish and maintain the sales areas.
• Implement our hygiene and freshness standards with dedication and care.
• Work closely with the team and contribute to a positive working environment.
