Job summary

TOPCHIRO is seeking a friendly, organised Chiropractic Assistant to join our expanding UK team. The role combines client care, appointment management, administrative support and lead follow-up to keep clinics running smoothly.

You will communicate with clients by telephone, email and video, manage bookings across multiple diaries and assist chiropractors and management across locations. A caring, proactive approach and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, empathetic telephone manner with remote support.
• Strong organisational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail with client records and admin info.
• Good IT skills; MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to client care.
• Able to communicate across multiple locations.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional client experience via phone, email and video.
• Manage inquiries and information across TOPCHIRO UK locations.
• Support bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and queries.
• Educate clients about chiropractic care and wellness plans.
• Act as a liaison between clients, chiropractors and clinic management.
• Support onboarding, digital forms and documentation.
• Assist with satisfaction surveys and reviews.
• Support appointment scheduling across diaries using Practice Hub.
• Process payments and deposits by telephone.
