Job summary

Life Balance Chiropractic in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a warm, organised Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role at 30 hours per week, with starting pay £13.45–£13.97 per hour and discretionary bonuses.

No prior chiropractic experience is required; we will teach you our systems and approach. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring clients feel known, heard and cared for at every step.

Qualifications

• Experience with people and delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, book appointments and manage client records.
• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.
• Coordinate the client journey, follow systems and SOPs, and support events.
