You don't need chiropractic experience; hospitality or customer care background is welcomed. You’ll learn our systems, support a busy clinic, and help build an exceptional client experience with confident phone handling, organisation and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer care is helpful but not required.
• No chiropractic experience needed; systems and approach can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional client journey from first phone call onwards.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and book appointments.
• Build relationships and ensure clients feel heard, cared for and delighted.
• Keep front desk and clinic operations organized and smooth.
