Job Title: Chinese Speaking Education Sales Consultant

Location: London, with hybrid working available

Salary: £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience + Sales Commission

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

We are looking for a confident and empatheticSales Consultantto join our team and drive the growth of our student base. The role is focused on conducting consultations with families and students, building trust and converting leads into long-term clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families and students, playing a vital role in helping them to navigate their options, understand our offerings, and enrol in the right programme of support. Key responsibilities include:

Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with students and parents to understand their goals, challenges, and aspirations.

Tailored Recommendations: Provide strategic guidance based on students’ needs and our available tuition and consulting services.

Conversion & Follow Up: Convert leads into clients through empathetic communication and follow up promptly and consistently with leads through calls, emails, and messages – including recording these details in our CRM system.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with families. Provide aftercare and support to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Strategy and Growth: Contribute to the development and delivery of sales strategy in the UK. Identify and act on new growth opportunities through data insights and client feedback. Attend events, open days, and education fairs to represent Blue Education and raise brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • English and Chinese speaking
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from a UK/US university.
  • An understanding of the UK/US education system, whether this is because you went to a UK/US university yourself or have had previous experience in the UK/US education sector.
  • Prior experience in sales (education sector experience is preferred).

Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: This role involves frequent contact with students and parents.

Confident Communicator: Clear, engaging, and persuasive in your writing and speech.

Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritise workload effectively.
