Frontiers is seeking a Marketing Specialist to enhance visibility of flagship content and initiatives in the China market. You will plan, localize, and run digital campaigns, connecting researchers, educators, and the public with groundbreaking science.

Working with global and regional teams, you will strengthen Frontiers' brand presence, grow audience engagement, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize campaign performance, while maintaining high editorial standards and open science

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience creating, adapting, and promoting content for different target audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for Frontiers flagship initiatives and other programs.
• Adapt and localize global campaign materials for Chinese academic and public audiences.
• Monitor digital and social media trends to increase visibility, engagement, and impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Build relationships with researchers, influencers, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Organize and support events and outreach activities that strengthen Frontiers' presence within academic and scientific communities.
• Contribute creative ideas and content that support Frontiers' mission of making science open.
