Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a defined product, platform, or workflow within our publishing ecosystem. You will manage end-to-end delivery, define roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design and operations to ship value.

You will operate within a one-platform strategy, driving outcomes through data, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment. You will lead a cross-functional squad, guide trade-offs, and drive adoption and impact across the product area.

Qualifications

• Clear thinking andStructured problem solving across cross-domain challenges.
• 5+ years in Product Management with potentially multi-stakeholder or platform-level ownership.
• Ability to gather, document, and unify requirements from demanding stakeholders into a coherent product definition.
• Comfort discussing workflows, data, and system design with engineers without being a domain expert.
• User-centric mindset with a track record turning complex processes into usable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for your product area, balancing user needs and platform constraints.
• Gather, document and reconcile requirements from multiple stakeholders into a coherent product definition.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and other teams to ship the roadmap and manage dependencies.
• Engage with authors, editors, reviewers, partners and internal teams to uncover real needs and validate solutions.
• Propose practical solutions that balance simplicity and scale, favouring shared workflows over bespoke branches.
• Lead data-driven decision making, tracking KPIs and adjusting plans as needed.
• Own quality and risk, defining acceptance criteria and validating with real users before release.
• Articulate the product vision and connect it to Frontiers' one-platform strategy.
• Build the business case, set investment and expected returns for the product area.
• Coach and guide the squad toward shared goals, even without formal reporting lines.
