Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is expanding its team and seeks motivated individuals to become Warehouse Order Pickers in a chilled, fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure accurate picking and dispatch of packaged products to retailers nationwide, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

Shifts are 4 on 4 off nights from 19:00 to 07:00. Overtime is paid at up to £20.06 per hour, with future earnings around £31,000. Ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock accurately using RDT equipment.
• Building customer orders safely onto pallets following procedures.
• Stretch wrapping orders and presenting to marshalling area.
• Working to site KPIs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards and recycling processes.
• Reporting incidents or hazards to line leader or manager.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with duties as required.
