Job summary

Culina Logistics is expanding its Stafford team to recruit a Warehouse Order Picker for a chilled, fast-paced environment. You will pick and dispatch packaged products to retailers nationwide, with full training provided. Overtime is available and paid, and a future earnings potential is stated at £31,000.

The role involves using PPT and RDT equipment, maintaining safety and quality, and contributing to team KPIs. No prior experience is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
• Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
• Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality standards.
• Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
• Reporting any incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other reasonable duties as required.
