Job summary

Culina Logistics, part of Culina Group, is expanding its Stafford team and seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to operate in a chilled, fast-paced environment. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders to retailers nationwide, following strict procedures and safety standards.

Full training is provided; prior warehouse experience helps but is not required. The role offers 4 on 4 off nights with overtime opportunities and potential earnings up to £31,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; no previous experience required.
• Previous warehouse experience in a chilled environment desirable.
• Must be able to work 4 on 4 off night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
• Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
• Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality standards.
• Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
• Reporting any incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other reasonable duties as required.
