Culina Logistics in Stafford is expanding and hiring Warehouse Order Picker to join our chilled, fast-paced team. You will ensure accurate picking and dispatch of packaged products to retailers nationwide; full training is provided, including MHE equipment and PPT.

This active role suits someone who enjoys staying busy; shift pattern Mon-Thu 20:00–06:30 with overtime paid up to £20.06 per hour and a stated potential earnings around £31,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare stock accurately using RDT equipment.
• Assemble customer orders safely onto pallets.
• Stretch wrap orders and present to the marshalling area.
• Meet site KPIs while maintaining safety and quality.
• Operate equipment per training and site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and recycling.
• Report incidents or hazards to your line leader or manager.
• Support the wider warehouse team with other duties as required.
