Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to join our chilled, fast-paced environment. You will learn to use MHE (PPT) and follow picking procedures while ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods to retailers nationwide. Full training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights 19:00 - 07:00. Overtime paid up to £20.06 per hour; future earnings around £31,000.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred; MHE experience is essential.
• Full training provided; no previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare stock accurately using RDT equipment.
• Build customer orders onto pallets safely in line with procedures.
• Stretch wrap completed orders and present them to the marshalling area.
• Work to site KPIs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Operate equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping incl. Clean As You Go and recycling.
• Report incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to line leader/manager.
• Support the wider warehouse team with other reasonable duties.
