Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is seeking motivated individuals to join our chilled, fast-paced warehouse team as Warehouse Order Picker. You will help ensure accurate picking and dispatch of packaged products to retailers nationwide, with full training provided and no previous experience required.

You'll learn to use MHE equipment including PPT during induction, work 20:00–06:30 Monday to Thursday, and have access to overtime and employee benefits as part of Culina's growing logistics network.

Qualifications

Full training provided; no previous experience required.
Induction covers use of MHE equipment including PPT.
Chilled warehouse environment with a physically active role.

Responsibilities

Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality standards.
Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
Maintaining housekeeping including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
Reporting incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
Supporting the wider warehouse team with other duties as required.
